- Opening speech should not be more than 1 minute.
- All delegates are welcome to participate in the Youth Forum. During the Forum the delegates are to represent their personal viewpoint on the issue. The speeches should be brief and to the point.
- Before the Committee Session, delegates are welcome to deliver their countries’ policy statements on the issues discussed in the committee.
